About your role
As a Clinical Facilitator, you will provide advanced clinical leadership, education and support across Cancer Care Services and the Day Therapy Unit.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide advanced clinical leadership in oncology and day therapy nursing
- Facilitate and coordinate clinical education, training and competency development
- Support nursing staff, students and graduates through mentoring and teaching
- Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care in complex clinical environments
- Lead and support clinical decision-making and problem-solving
About you
You are an experienced and passionate nurse with strong oncology or day therapy experience, combined with a genuine interest in education and workforce development.
You will demonstrate:
- Advanced clinical experience in cancer care, oncology or day therapy nursing
- Strong leadership, critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
- Experience or strong interest in clinical education and facilitation
- Excellent communication and ability to influence and support others
- Ability to work autonomously and within multidisciplinary teams
