About you:
In your new role you will:
- Multi-skilled in a variety of administrative tasks and roles, performing administrative functions in relation to management of data in hospital specific information systems. Ability to use Microsoft Office programs including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work across a 7 day a week roster, including shift work.
- Provide reception duties, scheduling bookings and other general administrative duties within a health care environment.
- Assisting staff in the unit with workload requirements in a highly supportive working team, whist demonstrating effective communication skills, empathy and understanding in a patient focused environment, working autonomously with a high level of pride in their work to assist with the achievement of department/organisational goals.
