The purpose of this role is to coordinate and deliver training pathways for mortuary staff while providing advanced scientific and technical expertise in coronial mortuary practices to support safe, high-quality forensic mortuary operations.
What you'll do
In this role you will develop and deliver mortuary training programs for CA3 and CA4 staff, provide advanced technical advice on mortuary practices, contribute to scientific procedures and protocols, develop training modules and standard operating procedures, support quality and accreditation activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of mortuary services.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
- Holds a bachelor's degree in science or related discipline
- Has extensive experience in mortuary science or coronial mortuary practices
- Has experience in staff training, coaching or capability development
- Has strong technical knowledge of forensic mortuary procedures
