Your opportunity:

• The Senior Advisor Culture, Engagement & Experience will provide leadership and advice about organisational initiatives that build the capability of our workforce and enhance the safe, inclusive, learning-focussed culture we are building.
• The Senior Advisor Culture, Engagement & Experience leads the Culture, Engagement & Experience Team to develop and implement initiatives that will improve organisational culture, improve the engagement and overall experience of our people, and leverage our reputation as a truly great place to work.

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $152,773 p.a., comprising salary between $125,002 - $133,898 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
