Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day supervision, mentoring and support to the Talent Acquisition Services Team.
  • Support the delivery of talent acquisition and attraction initiatives, contributing to branch priorities and positioning the service as contemporary and best practice.
  • Undertake research and strategic analysis to provide high-quality advice on recruitment and resourcing initiatives.
  • Coordinate and deliver consistent, high-quality responses to internal and external resourcing requests, ensuring alignment with policy and operating models.
  • Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships across the branch, Senior Leadership Team and broader network to support resourcing outcomes.
  • Manage end-to-end work processes and competing priorities to deliver outcomes within tight and often competing timeframes.

About You

You are a confident and capable Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. You bring strong experience in leading and supporting teams, while providing trusted advice on complex policy, recruitment and resourcing matters. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing competing priorities, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver practical, high-quality outcomes.

You are a natural collaborator who builds strong relationships across all levels, and you take a proactive, solutions-focused approach to your work. You are equally comfortable contributing to day-to-day operations as you are supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen and evolve the Talent Acquisition function.

You will also bring:

  • Proven ability to lead, mentor and support a team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to provide clear, well-informed advice on resourcing initiatives.
  • Highly developed communication skills, with experience preparing briefings, reports and responses for a range of stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously and deliver within tight timeframes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and consultation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • An understanding of digital health and ICT environments, or the ability to quickly acquire this knowledge.
