Your new role:
- As a Psychologist within the Logan Central Mental Health Team, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based clinical and case management services within a collaborative, interprofessional environment.
- Provide comprehensive psychological services including detailed assessment, therapeutic intervention, patient education, and discharge planning in line with clinical guidelines and ethical standards
- Manage a caseload effectively, applying clinical judgement and delivering patient-centred care while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting requirements
- Work collaboratively with consumers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal mental health outcomes using strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Contribute to clinical education, supervision of students and assistants, and actively participate in quality improvement, research, and service development initiatives
About you:
- You are a capable and compassionate Psychologist who is committed to delivering high-quality mental health care and continuously strengthening your clinical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide efficient, patient-centred and evidence-based psychological assessment, intervention, and case management within a mental health setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within interprofessional teams to achieve best outcomes for consumers
- Proven ability to manage workload priorities, maintain accurate clinical records, and actively engage in ongoing professional development and learning
- Ability or willingness to contribute to clinical education, supervision, and service improvement initiatives, including quality and research activities
