Your new role:
This is a senior clinical leadership position delivering advanced nursing expertise and consultancy for patients with complex cognitive and behavioural needs.
- Provide expert clinical leadership, delivering advanced person-centred care and consultancy across the Division of Medicine
- Lead and support multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes for patients with cognitive impairment and behavioural challenges
- Drive evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and clinical redesign initiatives across the service
- Deliver education, mentoring, and workforce development to build capability and confidence in patient care
About you:
You are an experienced and highly skilled nursing professional with strong clinical leadership capability and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with AHPRA registration and advanced clinical expertise in complex patient care
- Demonstrated leadership in clinical practice, with the ability to influence, educate and support multidisciplinary teams
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in high-risk and complex environments
- Proven commitment to evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and person-centred care
