About us:
The Division of Clinical and Non-Clinical Support Services is a newly formed Service with the portfolio of the Chief Operating Officer.
The Division is comprised of the following functions:
- Medical Imaging
- Pharmacy
- Disaster and Emergency Management Unit
- Specialist Outpatient Administration Management and
- Operational Services.

About your role:
- Research, develop and implement financial and human resource usage reporting to inform analysis and decision making for the Division Business Manager.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with Directors provide advice on financial processes.
- Assist in the annual budget development and associated in-year budget adjustments, including providing costing information.
- Proactively identify information needs and respond to customer requests for information by appropriately gathering and sourcing information for analysis, assisting with analysis, and producing reports.
- Procurement of goods and services and maintain up-to-date knowledge and comply with Queensland Purchasing Policy and Financial Management Practice Manual (FMPM) and other relevant policies, standards, systems and relevant legislation.
