Your new role:
As a Clinical Nurse within the Adult Wellbeing Team, you will provide advanced, person-centred care to consumers with complex mental health and substance use needs. Working both autonomously and collaboratively, you'll play a key role in delivering integrated, evidence-based interventions and driving quality outcomes.
- Deliver specialist dual diagnosis care, including comprehensive assessment and care planning
- Provide clinical leadership, supporting safe, high-quality and recovery-focused practice
- Deliver brief therapeutic interventions (e.g. CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing)
- Contribute to education, quality improvement, and service development initiatives
About you:
You are a skilled and compassionate clinician with a strong foundation in mental health nursing and a passion for integrated care.
- Demonstrated advanced clinical skills in mental health and/or alcohol and drug services
- Strong critical thinking, risk assessment, and care coordination capabilities
- Ability to work autonomously and lead within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, professional development, and quality improvement
