Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Base salary range: $139,951 to $151,949 p.a. (Nurse Grade 7)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus great salary packaging options to increase take-home pay
- Flexible working arrangements may be available
About your opportunity
In this role, you will facilitate person centred care coordination for chronic vascular patients. You will work in collaboration with Vascular Surgeons across North Queensland and with the multidisciplinary team to support high quality vascular care. Your expert knowledge of vascular conditions and interventions will enable you to assess, navigate and support patients across both outpatient and inpatient settings. You will also be responsible for the case management of chronic and complex vascular patients.
Skills and experience
- Advanced leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution and change management capabilities.
- High level communication skills to support effective problem solving and decision making.
- Ability to use information and reporting systems relevant to the role.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development for self and others.
- Understanding of adult learning principles with demonstrated clinical teaching and facilitation experience.
