Your new role:

As an Administration Officer, you will provide high-level reception and administrative support within a multidisciplinary mental health service, contributing to efficient patient flow and service delivery across multiple teams.

  • Deliver professional front desk and enquiry support to patients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate appointments, records, and administrative processes to support care.
  • Provide cross-team support, including telehealth and tribunal coordination.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and documentation in line with legislative requirements.

You're a motivated and organised professional who values making a meaningful difference in people's lives. You bring a compassionate, patient-focused approach to your work and take pride in supporting both consumers and clinical teams in a mental health setting.

  • Experience in reception and administrative roles, with strong digital capability
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy, professionalism, and discretion

Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services provide inpatient, hospital-based and community mental health and community alcohol and drug services for all age groups across a number of campuses.
