- Salary range: $79,272 to $88,158 p.a. (AO3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity
In this role, you will provide high‑quality, person‑centred support to patients, families and visitors, ensuring they receive clear information and a positive experience. You will work as part of a wider administrative team, contributing to smooth daily operations and providing effective handover between shifts. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills will help you understand customer needs and deliver service aligned with organisational standards. You will also use a range of patient and corporate information systems to support accurate and efficient workflow.
