Your new Role:

Lead and coordinate research, service planning, and innovation across Bayside Health Service. Drive evidence-based initiatives, secure funding, and build strong partnerships across health, community, and academic sectors. Deliver education and capability uplift, guide complex projects, and provide strategic advice to embed research into clinical practice and improve patient outcomes.

About You:

You are a strategic and collaborative research leader with advanced expertise in evidence-based practice, capable of driving innovation and delivering impactful health service improvements. You will have:

• Proven success leading complex research and service redesign
• Strong track record securing grants and delivering outcomes
• Advanced stakeholder engagement and partnership skills
• High-level communication, reporting and advisory capability
• Demonstrated leadership in research, education and capacity building

Redland Hospital:

Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
