Metro South Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead the Endoscopy Unit at Logan Hospital. This temporary full-time Nurse Grade 7 opportunity (6 months with possible extension) is responsible for operational leadership, clinical governance and the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care within a dynamic multidisciplinary environment.

Your new role:

This leadership position is accountable for coordinating and managing Endoscopy Services.

• Lead clinical operations and multidisciplinary team performance
• Manage human, financial and material resources
• Drive quality improvement and patient-centred care outcomes

You are an experienced nursing leader with strong operational and clinical expertise.

Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.

We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.

Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
