Your new role:

As an Enrolled Nurse Advanced Skills (ENAS) within the Operating Theatre, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Provide advanced clinical nursing care in the Operating Theatre, including circulating and instrument roles, under the indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse
  • Apply evidence-based practice to plan, deliver and evaluate patient care, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes and patient safety
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment through effective communication, mentorship, and participation in quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain high standards of clinical practice, documentation, infection control, and safety while adapting to dynamic and complex care environments

About you:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Enrolled Nurse who demonstrates advanced clinical capability and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

  • Proven experience and advanced clinical knowledge in Operating Theatre nursing, particularly in circulating and/or instrument roles
  • Strong commitment to person-centred care, with the ability to integrate evidence-based practice into clinical decision-making
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and support colleagues and patients
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development, quality improvement, and maintaining high standards of safety and care
