Your new role:
As a Pharmacist, you will deliver comprehensive clinical pharmacy services within an interprofessional team, supporting safe and effective patient care across the continuum.
- Provide clinical assessment, medication management, patient education, and discharge planning
- Manage a diverse caseload with increasing clinical independence and sound judgement
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient-centred outcomes
- Contribute to quality improvement, research, and clinical education activities

About us:
The Pharmacy service at QEII Jubilee Hospital provides medication management services 7 days per week. Our team of approximately 28 FTE pharmacists are assisted in their roles by over 9 support staff (including clinical assistants and administrative officers).
Services provided by QEII Pharmacy include:
- Clinical pharmacy services to inpatient units, outpatient/preadmission clinics, hospital in the home.
- Pharmacy Dispensary – processing inpatient, outpatient, and discharge prescriptions.
- Inventory and stock management.
- Imprest management and distribution services for all areas across the campus.
- Education and training including facilitation of numerous student placements and intern pharmacist/s.
- Professional representation on many local and Statewide governance, safety, clinical or operational committees, steering groups, and collaboratives.
