What your day could look like
As Support Officer – Director of Nursing Rural Southern, you'll be a key enabler of strong, connected leadership across rural and aged care services. Your work ensures the Director of Nursing can stay focused on people, care quality and community outcomes by knowing the operational details are in safe hands. From coordinating priorities to being a trusted point of contact, you'll help keep things moving smoothly.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Providing seamless, confidential administrative support that enables effective nursing leadership
- Acting as a central contact for communication, meetings and scheduling across the Southern Cluster
- Preparing reports and documentation that support informed decisions and operational oversight
- Supporting team capability through coordination, onboarding assistance and continuous improvement
