Your new role:
In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation care by providing advanced clinical and administrative assistance within a multidisciplinary allied health team.
- Deliver delegated clinical interventions, including screening assessments, treatment programs, and patient education for individuals with complex needs
- Support patient care through manual handling, transport, and preparation/maintenance of clinical equipment and therapy resources
- Contribute to patient progress reporting and maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with organisational standards
- Coordinate and supervise allied health assistants, assisting with workload allocation and supporting service delivery within the Spinal Injuries Unit

You are a proactive and capable allied health professional who thrives in a team-based environment and is committed to delivering safe, patient-centred care.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver advanced clinical support and interventions under the direction of an allied health professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Commitment to high-quality, safe practice, with an understanding of scope of practice and continuous improvement principles
