Your Opportunity:
Multiple roles available in both Digital Health and Business Solutions and Digitally Enabled Business Solutions.
Digital Health and Business Solutions (DHBS):
DHBS is part of the Delivery Services Branch, delivering large scale complex ICT projects to enabling the clinical digital health capability across the state. This includes rolling out the integrated electronic Medical Record (ieMR) across state-wide hospitals and undertaking enhancements to the ieMR solution; implementing the statewide Cardiovascular Information System (CVIS) and the delivery of the Infrastructure Maintenance Program (IMP) which is uplifting digital hospital ICT infrastructure. In addition, DHBS also delivery projects to establish, rollout or enhance of other important clinical and non-clinical business systems.
Digitally Enabled Business Solutions (DEBS):
DEBS is a cornerstone of eHealth Queensland's mission to modernise healthcare delivery in the state, with a focus on improving patient outcomes through better use of technology and data. A key aspect of DEBS is fostering continuous innovation in health technology. By introducing cutting-edge solutions and ensuring ongoing system enhancements, the program helps Queensland Health adapt to changing healthcare demands.

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Program Management
Demonstrated program management skills and experience in overseeing and strategically managing the successful delivery of a significant Program comprising multiple large scale, complex and high-risk projects. - Demonstrated Delivery Experience
Recent hands-on experience in the successful delivery of complex ICT programs and electronic Medical Record implementations, from initiation through to completion, achieving outcomes that align with organisational objectives. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex ICT environments and deliver results under pressure. - Leadership and Team Management
Proven ability to lead, manage and nurture multiple multi-disciplinary project teams, and demonstrated experience in managing a major program budget in the development of successful enterprise solutions, that are responsive to customer needs and sustainable in a large, complex organisational environment, preferably in health care. - Stakeholder Engagement
Demonstrated superior negotiation, consultation, facilitation and written and oral communication skills, with the proven ability to develop effective working and strategic relationships and partnerships with a wide variety of senior internal and external stakeholders in an overall environment of change and evolution. - ICT Knowledge in Health Care:
Sound knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of Queensland Health's IM/ICT strategies, architectures, formal project management approach and formal reporting framework and their impact on health service delivery in Queensland. - Healthcare or Digital Health Experience:
Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable, particularly in electronic medical records or clinical information system implementation. A background in clinical systems, health IT, or the implementation of digital healthcare solutions will be advantageous.
