What you'll do
In the Principal Service Agreement Officer role, you will support the development and maintenance of service agreements, monitor performance to ensure services and funding align with agreed outcomes, analyse and interpret data to inform decision-making, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and prepare high-quality reports, briefs and correspondence to support strategic priorities.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex data.
- High level oral and written communication skills, including the ability to:
- Compile complex reports, briefs, correspondence and submissions
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a range of clients and stakeholders
- Negotiate outcomes and effectively represent the interests of the Department
- Cultivate productive working relationships, partnerships and teamwork
- Advanced skills using software for data analysis, project management and consultation (e.g. MS-Excel, MS-Project and MS-Visio) and the ability to quickly develop skills in the use of other software programs if required.
- Sound knowledge of strategic priorities and national/state performance requirements.
