Metro South Health is seeking an experienced After Hours Nurse Manager to join the Nursing Leadership Team at Beaudesert Hospital. These temporary full-time and part-time Nurse Grade 7 opportunities (12 months) provide advanced clinical and operational leadership, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and effective hospital coordination after hours across a rural healthcare setting.

Your new role:

In this role you will provide advanced leadership and coordination of hospital operations after hours.

• Lead clinical and operational management of the hospital after hours
• Coordinate patient flow, staffing and resource allocation
• Manage incidents, escalation and ensure safe quality care delivery

About you:

You are a confident and capable nursing leader with strong clinical and operational expertise.

• Registered Nurse with advanced leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage complex situations and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, problem-solving and quality improvement focus

Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.

We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.
