About the role
The purpose of this role is to provide high level administrative and secretarial support to the Director, Nurse Unit Manager, and Nurse Educators of NeoRESQ, accurately and efficiently completing requests.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders in the business areas across MNH to support a high quality, timely and efficient administrative service.
- Provide high quality secretarial and administrative support as a member of an efficient multidisciplinary team.
- Undertake accurate and timely data entry of retrieval activity into the NeoDATA (Access database), ensuring completeness and data integrity in accordance with established procedures.
- Preparation of documents for medical recruitment, including maintenance of a recruitment register.
- Coordination and processing of non-clinical procurement and departmental maintenance.
- Preparation and submission of rosters for NeoRESQ.
- Process planned and emergent medical leave requests and medical work-related expense claims.
- Provide support to medical team in all aspects of payroll and human resources including preparation and submission of documents.
