The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of change management and training activities for a large-scale transformation project, ensuring effective adoption of new systems, processes and operational practices across the organisation.
What you'll do
In this role you will develop and implement change management strategies and plans, support stakeholder engagement and communication activities, design and deliver training programs and materials, contribute to business readiness activities, prepare high-quality documentation, monitor change impacts and risks, and support the successful adoption of new systems and processes across the supply chain network.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
- Has experience in change management or organisational transformation
- Has experience designing and delivering training programs
- Has strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Can develop high-quality documentation and training materials
- Has strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Has experience working on large-scale projects or system implementations
