Your new role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of Human Resources services within a busy healthcare environment, contributing to a high-performing and people-focused team. You will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources team, including inbox management, scheduling, document handling, and general coordination tasks
  • Assist with key HR processes such as corporate orientation, staff recognition programs, leave processing, and novated lease administration
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR enquiries, delivering professional and confidential support to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Support meetings and committees through minute taking and coordination, while contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture

About you:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality administrative support. You have:

  • Demonstrated experience in administration, with strong skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn HR systems such as SAP and myHR
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage professionally and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • A commitment to accuracy, quality outcomes, and contributing positively to team culture and organisational values

Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
