About the role
Provide efficient and effective client focused administrative support and facilitate service delivery to the specialist consultants, staff and patients within Outpatient Services.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Assist with the daily operational activities of the Outpatient Clinics in accordance with relevant Queensland Health policies, procedures and legislative guidelines.
- Provide support to clinical activities including opening of clinical areas and consult rooms daily
- Maintain tidy, full-stocked and orderly clinic rooms, including ordering clinical and stationery supplies as required
- Support communication advice in relation to patient appointments by generating Appointment Offer notifications
