About the role
This is a senior, influential role for a people leader who thrives on partnership, cultural change, and enabling leaders to deliver exceptional healthcare outcomes through their people.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide support, advice, and leadership in the development and implementation of the People and Culture strategy for the relevant facility or directorate
- Develop, implement, coordinate, and evaluate organisational development strategies and programs at a facility level from the People and Culture Programs team, to address identified opportunity areas as well as evolving
- Collaborate and contribute to the effective delivery of People and Culture solutions within your client
- Provide advice and local level resolution on performance and conduct matters and refer them where appropriate for management by the People and Culture Workplace Relations team.
