As part of the Supply and Procurement squad, you'll be the secret weapon behind the scenes, making sure everything the hospital needs is sourced, supplied, and ready to go! You'll craft reports for the Chief Finance Officer and ensure everything runs smoother than a well-oiled machine.
Whether it's sourcing top-notch equipment or giving strategic advice to keep CQHHS ahead of the game, you'll be the hero making it all happen. If you love a good challenge and enjoy being the go-to person for all things supply and procurement, jump in and make supply magic happen!
About the role:
You'll help get the right goods and services where they need to be, all while developing smart contracts that keep risks at bay, making sure everything is fair, transparent, and on point. You'll support the whole team by creating templates, training people, and making sure contracts are compliant and performing.
Think of yourself as the mastermind behind smooth procurement operations, analysing reports, giving top-notch advice, and building awesome relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Plus, you'll be the go-to for ensuring everything ticks along perfectly, from risk management to contract compliance. About you:
- You've got serious skills in creating contracts and managing their journey from start to finish.
- You know how to keep an eye on contract performance, monitor progress, and report back like a pro.
- Your brain is a powerhouse of analysis, planning, and problem-solving – you're quick on your feet and can meet deadlines without breaking a sweat.
- Your communication game is strong. Whether it's writing or chatting, you build great relationships and connect with all kinds of people effortlessly.
- You're eager to learn the ins and outs of public sector rules, CQHHS policies, and contract management.
What we offer:
Total monthly remuneration value of up to $11,249 p.m. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $54.83 - $59.66 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
