We're excited to welcome a Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) - Patient Flow Coordinator to our Mental Health and Specialised Services.

As part of a interdisciplinary team, the CNC - Patient Flow Coordinator is central and integral to supporting access, capacity and demand across a range of internal and external providers for the co-ordination and flow of mental health beds, role modelling safe, trauma informed consumer focussed treatment and care.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Applies professional and clinical expertise in collaboration with nursing and midwifery and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
- Provide leadership in professional decision-making through the application of advanced clinical knowledge and skills.
- Use evidence-based clinical practice to facilitate positive outcomes for recipients of healthcare services.
- Responsible for enacting strategies that supports a work-based culture that promotes and supports education, learning, research and workforce development.
Remuneration value up to $173 368 p.a., comprising salary between $139 951 - $151 949 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nursing Grade 7). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
