  • Salary range: $79,272 to $88,158 p.a. (AO3)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

  • Flexible working arrangements may be available

About your opportunity

In this role, you will provide high‑level confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Clinical Directors of the Surgical Units within the Surgical Services Group. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the units by managing correspondence, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate records.

You will also liaise with Service Group leadership and senior departmental staff to support effective communication and deliver a responsive, professional administrative service to the surgical units.
