About the role
Working closely with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Social Workers to deliver meaningful, hands on care. We provide care across community, residential, subacute and home based settings.
You'll bring therapy plans to life by supporting sessions, delivering delegated interventions, and engaging clients in achieving their goals.
Your observations and feedback will directly shape clinical decisions, making you an essential link between clients and clinicians.

About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Deliver hands‑on patient care
- Support therapy programs designed by allied health professionals
- Assist clinicians with the safe and effective use of equipment
- Supervise and motivate clients through individual and group exercise programs
Keep services running smoothly
- Coordinate and support service delivery across the care team
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and well‑prepared clinical environment
- Clean and maintain therapy equipment to high standards
