About the role
This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, highly visible, and committed to providing a safe and respectful healthcare environment.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide comprehensive security service delivery to Caboolture Hospital, including staff, patients, visitors, and all associated land and assets.
- Conduct regular high-visibility foot patrols and static monitoring of the campus' public and staff car parks, including passenger drop-off and pick-up areas, to enhance safety.
- Escort staff to and from their vehicles either upon request or where deemed necessary.
- Identify peak periods, including shift changeovers across the campus, to maximise visibility and effectiveness of the role and further enhance staff safety.
