Your new role:
As a Senior Recruitment Officer you will partner with hiring managers to deliver efficient, high-quality recruitment services while driving improvements in time-to-fill and overall hiring performance. Within this role you will:
- Provide end-to-end recruitment and selection support, including vacancy management, advertising, and candidate communication.
- Partner with hiring managers to track recruitment progress, identify delays, and implement solutions to meet workforce targets.
- Analyse recruitment data and generate reports to inform strategies that improve efficiency and time-to-fill outcomes.
- Deliver expert advice on inclusive, culturally safe recruitment practices and support managers in using recruitment systems and processes effectively.
About you:
You are a proactive and data-driven recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service and outcomes. We are seeking candidates with:
- Demonstrated experience in high-volume, end-to-end recruitment within a complex organisation.
- Strong capability in HR systems, data analysis, and reporting, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to build productive working relationships with a range of stakeholders including the ability to liaise with all levels of staff and positively influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.

Princess Alexandra Hospital:
The Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH) is a tertiary health care centre providing care in most major adult specialties. We provide world class health care to Brisbane City's southern suburbs across emergency, medical, mental health and surgical services, including liver and kidney transplant.
We are nationally recognised for our expertise in trauma management and organ transplants and are one of Australia's leading academic and research health centres. The PAH as a major medical research precinct hosts Australia's most advanced medical research facility, the Translational Research Institute (TRI) as well as a new Clinical Research Facility for the discoveries made at TRI to be trialed in a safe clinical environment.
We're expanding our hospital to make sure everyone gets the care they need. We're adding more beds, modernising our buildings, and improving our spaces to treat kidney and cancer patients with all new services and facilities planned to open by 2027.
