About the role
Permanent full‑time opportunity to provide hands‑on education, support and subject‑matter expertise for a range of clinical and corporate information systems used across Community and Oral Health services. The role works closely with stakeholders to support system adoption, enhance workflows and maximise the operational and clinical benefits of ICT solutions.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Acquire and maintain an expert knowledge of the use, function and information provided by information systems and ICT solutions specific to Community and Oral Health.
- Design and develop training and education program content, training manuals and methods of evaluations for Community and Oral Health information systems and ICT solutions.
- Support the continuing rollout of all Community and Oral Health information systems and ICT solutions by delivering quality system education, training and support to staff from all levels of the organisation.
- Assist in the administrative and business aspects of the Information Systems Management Team including system access and training application processing, maintenance of supporting databases.
