We are currently recruiting for two divisional director opportunities:
1. Divisional Director | Child and Youth Mental Health Services (CYMHS)
As the leader of the CYMHS division, you will champion the mental health and wellbeing of Queensland's youth. You will be responsible for:

Providing high-level strategic and operational oversight for a diverse range of mental health services.

Ensuring the delivery of timely, effective, and compassionate care tailored to the needs of children and their families.

Guiding a dedicated divisional management team to meet and exceed CHQ's key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Divisional Director | Surgery and Perioperative Services
Leading one of the most dynamic environments within CHQ, you will oversee the strategic direction of our surgical and perioperative streams. You will be responsible for:

Driving operational excellence across surgical specialties and theater environments.

Maintaining a focus on patient safety and the provision of high-quality surgical outcomes.

Empowering your divisional leadership team to achieve organisational goals through clinical innovation and efficient resource management.
Key Responsibilities
For both positions, the successful candidates will:

Lead with Impact: Provide executive-level leadership that balances long-term strategy with day-to-day operational efficiency.

Cultivate Excellence: Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement to ensure the best possible patient experiences.

Drive Performance: Lead a multidisciplinary management team to achieve divisional accountabilities in alignment with CHQ's broader strategic framework.
