  • Utilise high level communication and interpersonal skills to achieve optimal consumer and service delivery outcomes.
  • Provide high level clinical advice to diverse stakeholders including professional and operational supervisors, relevant service managers, medical and allied health team members regarding service delivery and the prioritisation and development of social work clinical services.
  • Initiate and lead quality improvement activities including assisting in the evaluation, review and development of the local service and its resources.
