Your new role:

  • Step into a pivotal clinical leadership role delivering high-quality mental health care within a dynamic community setting
  • Provide advanced clinical assessment, care planning, and case management for consumers with complex needs
  • Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and best practice outcomes
  • Coordinate care delivery, manage risk, and contribute to service improvement and quality initiatives
  • Support education, supervision, and development of nursing staff and students

 

About you:

  • You are a confident and capable clinician who thrives in a fast-paced mental health environment
  • Demonstrated advanced clinical skills and critical thinking in mental health nursing
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and support others
  • Commitment to person-centred, evidence-based care and continuous improvement
  • Proven ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services provide inpatient, hospital-based and community mental health and community alcohol and drug services for all age groups across a number of campuses.
