The Role

An opportunity has become available for several Content Advisors to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 13 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will

  • Review, develop and maintain Gold Coast Health's internal and external websites
  • Prepare, edit, create and design audience centric content of a complex and substantial nature for various audiences and digital platforms
  • Effectively manage and maintain Gold Coast Health's online corporate identity in accordance with our online style guidelines
  • Use established tools and systems to monitor, measure and report on the effectiveness of Gold Coast Health's digital channels

About you

To be successful in this position you will require:

  • While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded
  • Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
  • Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary

  • Temporary full time (two positions, up to 12 months, with the possibility of extension)
  • Base salary ranging from $108 735 - $118 307 per annum

About Us

The Digital Health and Innovation (DHI) division has been established to drive significant service improvements and digital transformation opportunities, in alignment with the strategic objectives outlined in the Gold Coast Hospital and Health Services (GCHHS) Strategic Plan 2028.

The DHI portfolio consists of interconnected functional business units and teams, including Digital Project Delivery, Digital Experience, Technology Operations, Health Information and Digital Security and Architecture.

DHI is responsible for enhancing efficiency and service delivery improvements to optimise Health Service performance. It also oversees strategic partnerships that help the Health Service implement alternative models of service delivery, ensuring value for money, and driving improvements in performance, and innovation.
