We're excited to welcome an Administration Officer to our Patient Travel Subsidy Scheme team.
The Administration Officer provides a high level of confidential administrative support for the Sunshine Coast Health. This position is a prime point of contact for internal communication daily and externally with various departments and agencies.
The Patient Travel Subsidy Scheme (PTSS) offers financial subsidy to approved applicants who are required to travel to other health facilities outside of the SCHHS where services cannot be provided.
Key Responsibilities include:
- This position reports operationally and professionally to the BSO PTSS and the Principal Business Advisor IBM.
- Provide professional customer focused service to patients and staff who utilise the services of the Patient Travel Subsidy Scheme Office using a high level of communication via phone, emails etc.
- This position requires you to adhere to National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards and the Sunshine Coast Health Safe Care Framework, which has been developed in collaboration with staff, consumers and key stakeholders to enable our vision of health and wellbeing through person-centred care.
- Effectively communicate with customers and demonstrate understanding, empathy, patience and a positive service focus
Remuneration includes salary rates: $39.98- $44.46 p.h. employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (Fixed term temporary part time multiple positions available, for 3 months).
