About Your Role
As a Medical Records Administrative Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining and managing confidential patient records within a busy hospital environment.
In this role, you will:
- Receive, track, and create electronic patient medical records
- Retrieve records across clinical and business units
- Scan, process, and maintain patient documentation systems
- Support staff with access to electronic medical records systems
- Manage release of information in line with legislation and policy
- Generate and monitor scanning and reporting outputs
About You
You are a highly organised and detail-oriented administrative professional who enjoys working in structured, process-driven environments.
You will bring:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
- Experience using computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Good understanding of confidentiality and records management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in healthcare or records management (desirable)
