Your new role:
In this role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure the effective delivery of outpatient services and optimal patient flow. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of the Specialist Outpatient Department, including oversight of staffing, performance, and cost centre management
- Managing and developing a large administrative workforce, including recruitment, performance management, and workforce planning
- Driving service efficiency and improvement through data analysis, reporting, and implementation of strategic and operational plans
About you:
You are an accomplished leader with strong operational and business management experience in a complex service environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- High-level leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead change, build capability, and optimise team performance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with experience using data to drive service improvement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills across multidisciplinary teams
