About the role
Permanent full-time opportunity to provide support to the Redcliffe Hospital executive to deliver high quality outcomes by leading change.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Investigate, analyse, identify, coordinate and lead key hospital and clinical stream priority initiatives within Redcliffe Hospital to enable benefits to be fully realised.
- Coordinate processes to support Redcliffe Hospital priority initiatives, benefits and risks enhancing performance across the facility.
- Support the coordination, preparation and analysis of all reporting requirements for each priority initiative, utilising appropriate reporting tools and methodologies including high consultation with all levels and services of Redcliffe Hospital.
- Provide analytical support for performance and initiative reporting and planning.
