Your new role:
As a Clinical Nurse within the PAH Community Care Team, you will deliver advanced, recovery-focused mental health care to adults with complex and enduring needs. Working both autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team, you will lead clinical decision-making, coordinate care, and support positive outcomes for consumers across community settings. This role also provides leadership in education, quality improvement, and service development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver advanced clinical assessment, care planning and therapeutic interventions
- Lead and support multidisciplinary team coordination and clinical decision-making
- Provide clinical education, supervision and mentorship to staff and students
- Contribute to quality improvement, research and service development initiatives
About you:
You are a confident and compassionate Clinical Nurse with strong leadership capability and a passion for recovery-oriented mental health care. You bring advanced clinical expertise, sound judgement, and a collaborative approach to working with consumers and multidisciplinary teams.
You will demonstrate:
- Advanced clinical skills in mental health assessment, care planning and intervention
- Strong leadership, communication and team collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage complex cases with critical thinking and autonomy
- Commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement and person-centred care
