Infrastructure Asset Management (IAM) provides planning, construction, operation and maintenance of all Health Service physical facilities, engineering systems, plant and equipment to meet strategic objectives within a quality environment.
About your role:
- Monitoring, reviewing, recording, and reporting on statutory/mandatory maintenance to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Participate in the establishment, implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of the CHHHS IAM management system by assisting with developing, implementing, and improving IAM procedures and IAM associated risk management initiatives
- Assist with implementation of strategies and programs to support Compliance and effective risk management processes
- Participate in the provision of WHS and compliance advice and input into infrastructure projects, contractor management and maintenance functions for internal and external stakeholders as assigned.
