Cairns Sexual Health Services is a large clinic providing free and confidential STI testing, HIV and BBV, contraception, fertility control, and transgender care. Core clients include youth, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, people living with HIV, gender diverse, and those seeking pregnancy options. The multidisciplinary team includes doctors, CNCs, clinical Nurses, a social worker, psychologists, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workers, and Health Promotion staff.

About your opportunity:
- Provide leadership to effectively plan, manage and evaluate client care activities at an advanced practitioner level within the Sexual Health Service.
- Act as an advocate for the clients and client groups to ensure they access appropriate and inclusive health care.
- Implement and monitor the organisation's quality standards, work health and safety policies, procedures and programs and provide clinical governance in the relevant work area.
