About the role:
As a Principal Security Consultant, you will undertake a lead role and assist in ensuring that Queensland Health's S/4HANA Finance, Business and Logistics solution, including GRC access control, is properly designed, configured, developed, documented, implemented, maintained and reviewed from an application security perspective, in order to provide ongoing best practice and quality service to clients.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead senior security and security consultants in designing, developing, implementing, maintaining and managing application security authorisations to cost effectively meet business requirements.
- Take a lead role in analysing and solving S/4HANA application security problems to provide innovative solutions to business requirements in the delivery of support to Queensland Health (QH) Corporate Enterprise Solutions (CES) and completion of project work in required timeframes.
- Take a leadership role in completing system design, specification, development, unit testing and maintenance and associated documentation of the security authorisations and processes for applications and systems managed by CES in strict compliance with relevant industry security, development and other applicable standards.
- Define and Implement Queensland Health CES applications security controls, policies and procedures in strict compliance with Department of Health and QGCIO policies and standards.
- Provide expert advice and support for security role implementation and/or role maintenance by assisting in defining security roles in accord with functional requirements and remediating potential Segregation of Duty (SoD) conflicts within CES applications.
Role fit:
We're looking for applicants who have demonstrated extensive experience in developing, implementing and maintaining S/4HANA application security authorisations and the design, build and management of S/4HANA security solutions in relation to the solution responsibility of this team, and the ability to apply this knowledge in a complex IT environment. You will have demonstrated analytical, conceptual and innovative problem-solving skills, proven ability to effectively apply specialist technical knowledge and provide expert advice on S/4HANA security in responding to maintenance and support requests according to agreed procedures.
