About Your Role

As a Clinical Nurse within Specialist Outpatient Services, you will deliver advanced clinical care while leading and coordinating patient management across a diverse outpatient population.

In this role you will:

• Provide advanced clinical care and coordination for complex patients
• Lead clinical decision-making and support multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver safe, compassionate, person-centred outpatient care
• Support day-to-day operations including team coordination and workflow
• Contribute to quality improvement, audits and service innovation

About You

You are a confident and experienced Clinical Nurse with strong leadership capability and a passion for delivering high-quality outpatient care.

You will demonstrate:

• Advanced clinical knowledge in outpatient or ambulatory care settings
• Strong critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and support multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in care coordination and managing complex patient needs
