We're excited to welcome a Social Worker to our Rotating Leave Relief team within the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.
Experience within an emergency department, and across acute and sub-acute areas would be highly desirable. The successful candidate will be comfortable moving across sites and clinical teams to provide valuable support for staff on well-earned leave.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Deliver independent high level social work clinical practice with infrequent need for direct clinical practice supervision.
- Exercise professional judgement to a complex caseload, adapting routine clinical practice based on valid and reliable evidence.
- Provide high level clinical advice, education and influence towards a common patient-centred vision and direction to professional operational teams and relevant stakeholders regarding service delivery.
Salary rates: $64.64 - $69.55 p.h. employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Fixed term temporary part positions available for leave relief until 5th July 2026).
