Your new role:
This senior position delivers specialist transcultural mental health services while leading clinical excellence, cultural capability and service improvement within a statewide specialist team.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based transcultural mental health assessment, intervention and care within an interprofessional team
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision and training to Cultural Advisors, bicultural staff, and junior clinicians
- Contribute to service development, quality improvement, research and culturally safe models of care
- Manage a complex caseload with increasing autonomy, including clinical decision-making and multidisciplinary collaboration
About you:
You are an experienced and culturally capable mental health clinician who combines strong clinical expertise with leadership, collaboration and a passion for improving outcomes for diverse communities.
- Demonstrated high-level expertise in delivering transcultural mental health services in complex clinical environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and manage conflict across diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to supervise, mentor and support clinicians, students and support staff
- Experience in leading or contributing to service improvement, quality initiatives and culturally responsive care models
