Sunshine Coast Health - Mental Health & Specialised Services is seeking experienced Clinical Nurses to join our Mental Health & Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Community Services in a range of rewarding community-based roles.
These opportunities suit nurses with experience in acute mental health, community case management, older persons mental health, or AOD services, who hold current AHPRA registration and have a minimum of three years relevant mental health nursing experience. You will bring strong clinical judgement, a compassionate and recovery‑oriented approach, and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver person‑centred, solution‑focused care.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Practice autonomously and provide leadership in clinical decision making to give and/or coordinate care to particular recipients of healthcare services.
- Work collaboratively to create a positive practice environment that achieves best practice outcomes for recipients of healthcare services.
- Maintain the safety of recipients of healthcare services by identifying risk and undertaking safe work activities within the clinical practice environment.
- Participate with other members of the healthcare team in providing support and mentorship.
Comprising salary rates: $57.48 - $61.55 p.h. (part time) or $4 368.80 - $4 678.10 p.f (full time), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1).
