You act with compassion, integrity and courage, adapting your approach to support people with complex needs while uplifting those around you. You're here to make a real difference, every shift.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering therapeutic or wellbeing‑focused activities
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, respectful approach
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in healthcare, aged care or mental health settings and/or exposure to leadership, mentoring or program coordination.

Most importantly, you're passionate about enriching lives through connection and creativity, while living the Darling Downs Health values of Compassion, Integrity, Dignity, Innovation and Courage.

This role creates meaningful experiences that support healing, dignity and community across our region.
